Our strategic agreement framework ensuring digital sovereignty, technical integrity, and legal transparency across global and Indian operational nodes.
1. Acceptance of Protocol
By accessing the digital infrastructure of Code Fusion Lab ("the Laboratory"), you hereby agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and Code Fusion Lab. If you do not agree to these strategic parameters, you must cease all interaction with our nodes immediately.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property including but not limited to source code, architectural designs, algorithms, visual assets, and trademarks associated with Code Fusion Lab are the exclusive property of the Laboratory. Unauthorized extraction, replication, or distribution of these technical assets is strictly prohibited under international copyright law and the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.
3. Indian IT Act Compliance
Code Fusion Lab operates in full compliance with the **Information Technology Act, 2000 (India)** and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.
- Data Privacy: We implement reasonable security practices to protect sensitive personal data.
- Grievance Node: Any protocol violations or data concerns can be reported to our Grievance Officer at codefusionlab06@gmail.com.
- Intermediary Liability: Our liability as an IT solution provider is governed by Section 79 of the IT Act.
4. Prohibited Protocol Usage
Users are strictly forbidden from attempting to breach the Laboratory's security nodes, deploying malicious code, performing unauthorized penetration tests, or engaging in any activity that disrupts the architectural stability of our enterprise solutions.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law (including Indian and International standards), Code Fusion Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our strategic software nodes. Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of **India**. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in **Kolkata, West Bengal, India**.
